Ortom will not vie for elective position in 2027

The former Benue State governor,  Samuel Ortom, said on Saturday he would not vie for any elective position in the 2027 general elections.

Ortom made the clarification in a statement signed by his Media Adviser/Consultant, Terver Akase, in Makurdi.

There were reports on social media that Ortom has declared his intention to contest for the Benue North-West Senatorial seat in 2027.
