As part of Robert Jr.’s Feb. 3 release, he was ordered to complete 75 hours of community service and complete substance abuse and anger management classes during his 24 months of probation.

Robert Jr.’s jail time “allowed him to sober up and start thinking clearly” after struggling with drug addiction, his lawyer, Clayton Simms, told Page Six earlier this month.

“He’s looking forward to doing positive things,” the attorney continued. “The difficulty is that he was slow to recognize the dissolution of his marriage. But now he understands the relationship is over, and he’s moving forward.”
