Afrobeat singer, Oyinkansola Sarah Aderibigbe, popularly known as Ayra Starr, has revealed that she does not place much importance on physical appearance when choosing a partner.
The ‘All The Love’ crooner shared this during an interview with media personality Diana Eneje, where she explained that she is more attracted to intelligence, motivation, and emotional intelligence.
According to Ayra, having a partner who can inspire and be inspired is more important to her than looks.
She said, “I don’t ever have a physical type. I am just attracted to intelligent people. Just be very intelligent. That’s the Gemini in me speaking.

“Just be intelligent, motivate me, let me also motivate you. Let’s be motivating ourselves to make money. Looks don’t really matter.”
Ayra also noted that emotional intelligence is an important quality in a relationship.
Tribune Online reports that Ayra Starr recently shared her picks for the Afrobeats Big 3, naming three artistes she considers the greatest in the genre, including Tiwa Savage, Wizkid and Rema.
