FTAN nominates Agoha as Acting BoT Chairman – Tribune Online

THE Federation of Tourism Associations of Nigeria (FTAN), has unanimously nominated Alhaji Aminu Agoha as the Acting Chairman, Board of Trustees (BoT), of the apex tourism body for private sector operators.

Alhaji  Agoha was nominated at the Federation recent Governing Council meeting, held in Abuja.

The position of the BoT chairman was previously held by Alhaji Munzali Dantata, Managing Director of All States Travels and Tours, who has completed his eight-year.

Agoha is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Vista Travels, based in Kano.

A seasoned professional, he previously served as the president of the National Association of Nigeria Travel Agencies (NANTA) for four years Trustees.

In his acceptance speech, Agoha expressed appreciation for the confidence reposed in him, and pledged his full support to the Federation and FTAN president, particularly in advancing the Tourism Transformation Mandate (TTM).
