Dallas faith leaders rally “Souls to the Polls” for March primary

With early voting wrapping up Friday, churches across Dallas are opening their doors for “Souls to the Polls.” Pastor Bryant Phelps says voting is both a right and a responsibility — urging the community to “use your voice, or be unheard” before Election Day.
